Nuts & Seeds Granola recipe by The Modern Proper is my go to granola recipe on repeat. I have been making this for several years and have modified the basic recipe with a few personal customizations. I make the granola with only two cups of old fashioned oats and sub flax seeds for the chia and sesame seeds. I toast my granola at 375 degrees and it comes out dark and crunchy – just the way I love it.
This recipe has the perfect balance of maple sweetness, vanilla essence, cinnamon, and salt. It’s perfect over yogurt – which is how I enjoy it or with berries and milk.
