Classic Birthday Cake
A classic yellow cake with fudge frosting is a basic that every baker should have as a go to for any special day. As with all the One-Bowl Bakes in this section of 100 Afternoon Sweets by Sarah Kieffer, this recipe comes together very quickly and bakes up perfectly. The Fudge Buttercream recipe could be used on any cake with great success (including graham crackers!).
