Coconut Chocolate Chip Cake
Mini chocolate chips are perfectly distributed throughout this lightly flavored coconut cake. Ermine Buttercream was new to me and I am so glad I did not skip it because it adds the most light and fluffy toping to this perfect sheet cake. This would be perfect for a pot luck or any celebration. One more perfect One-Bowl Bake cake.
