Brownie 2.0

Brownie 2.0 is the best way to begin a new year of baking my way through 100 Afternoon Sweets by Sarah Kieffer. I used semisweet chocolate that I had in the kitchen. The recipe calls for either semisweet or bittersweet. I also opted for baking in a 10″ square pan over the 9×13″. The result is a thicker and fudgy brownie with the beautiful cracked top.
I am continuing to bake my way through 100 Afternoon Sweets by Sarah Kieffer in 2026. Chapter 2 is Brownies, Blondies, and Bars and Recipe 16 is where I am staring this new year.
