White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Brownies
This white chocolate brownie is studded with dark chocolate to produce a chewy bite with soft chocolate bits throughout (especially when they are still warm). The white chocolate is subtle and not too sweet so the bittersweet chips really stand out. This is a fun alternative to the previous chocolate versions in this chapter.
