Classic Crumb Cake

Every coffee shop has a version of the classic crumb cake. I grew up eating my mothers tube pan version with nuts. This version is piled high with crumb that is not too sweet and balances so nicely with the delightfully dense cake supporting it. This is a perfect example of a recipe I will go back to over time as a treat or a take along cake to share with others.
