Cranberry Caramel Upside-Down Cake
This lovely vanilla scented sour cream cake is the perfect base for the cranberry and caramel that is created when baking. The caramel flavor is subtle and blends perfectly with the tartness of the cranberries to create a cake perfect for any time of the year.
