Week of March 31, 2025

The focus of Gratitude this week is: Things that went well today. I take note of my victories, big and small. Every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day.
I am making time this week to focus on noting something good that happens every day. Taking a moment at the end of each day to remember a positive thought or interaction does an amazing job reducing stress and focusing away from the negative. Writing my thoughts in my planner allows me to look back at the past week.
